At 10:15 Valarie Vogel joins us to discuss Byron Case, a KC native who has spent the last 13 years in prison, for a murder that Byron and his family say he did not commit. Valarie will share information about Byron’s first book, THE PARIAH’S SYNTAX, Notes From An Innocent Man, published by Red Bat Books. Byron’s work has appeared in magazines and literary journals as well as best selling anthologies, Requiem for a Paper Bag (Fireside, 2009) and The Moment (Harper Perennial, 2012).
