At 11:30am Lindsey Hailes joins us to talk about her career in theatre, touring in the Tony Award Wining Broadway musical, Hadestown and her critically acclaimed EP, Five that was released on September 29, 2025. After graduating from Blue Valley West High School and briefly attending college, Hailes spent two years in the U.S. tour of The Wizard of Oz before moving to New York in 2017 to continue her acting career. COVID-19 shut down theatre and she turned her energies toward writing music. When Broadway came back to life, HAILES returned to theatre and joined the Hadestown Broadway Tour for three years. While on tour Hailes continued writing music. The music on her debut EP FIVE came from her time attending a writing camp in Austin, Texas. After living in New York City for the last seven years, R&B artist, songwriter, and actress Hailes is back home in Kansas City. More info at: http://www.hailes.komi.io/.
