At 10:30 Mark welcomes Just Angel, a creative singer hailed as “Passionate … Soulful… and an Inspiring Voice.” She’s an Earthy Vocalist, whose voice finds its home in Rock, Jazz, and Alternative music, but has found a way to incorporate those genres within her love of Soul & R&B. Just Angel and her band The Wades can be found playing eclectic takes on popular music, along with her original songs from her EPs, Just Angel Part 1 & 2, and her, newest singles “Dumb”, released August 9, 2024, and “Sad Song”, released June 8, 2025. At 11:00 Mark talks with Rosie O’Brien founder of the Sass-a-Brass Queer Marching Band – Kansas City’s only queer street parade brass band, bringing the party with a mix of street activism, street band energy, and New Orleans Mardi Gras and second-line tradition.
